This unit is a nice light and bright end unit. Upstairs, the living room has log furniture and features a fantastic view of the lake and the inlet to the truckee river dam. The kitchen was just remodeled and there is a newer gas BBQ on the deck. There is a large flat panel television, DVD, CD player. The unit is equipped with high speed wireless and a wireless router.

Downstairs is the master bedroom with filtered views of the lake. There is a queen bed, an updated bathroom, and flat panel TV with DVD. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, VCR, and Playstation (DVD). The hall bathroom is updated.
