MINIMUM STAY

Summer (July & August): 5 nights
3 day holiday periods: 3 nights
Christmas/New Years: 5 nights
Rest of year: 2 nights

CANCELLATIONS

60 days notice: $75.00 Non refundable booking fee

30 – 60 days notice: 50% of the rent due

Less than 30 days notice: 100% of rent due

OCCUPANCY

One bedrooms maximum 4 persons. Two bedroom maximum 4-6 persons. Violation will result in fines assessed and you will need to checkout or find accommodations for your any additional guests.
